Assistance Dogs International has developed minimum standards and ethics which all member and candidate programs must follow. This committee updates existing standards and develops new ones. These standards form the basis of the ADI accreditation program.
The public should understand that these are minimum standards. Please take time to read each one to understand all that goes into producing an effective working assistance dog.
